Our Home, Your Home — A Few House Rules
These are much-loved condos in a quiet, family-friendly community, and most of our guests are here to relax and unwind. A little consideration keeps it that way for everyone — so here's what we ask:
- It's a family community. Please treat the neighbours and the neighbourhood with the same respect you'd want in your own home.
- Keep it peaceful. No loud music or parties, and please keep noise down between 10pm and 8am so neighbours can rest.
- Guests on the booking only. The condo is for the number of guests on your reservation — no unregistered visitors staying over, and no events or gatherings.
- No smoking indoors. Please smoke outside and dispose of anything responsibly.
- Pets: please ask us first — we'll let you know what's possible.
- Treat it with care. Leave the condo as you found it, use the appliances as intended, and let us know right away if anything needs attention.
- Parking: use your reserved space and the marked guest spot, and please don't block neighbours.
When you book, we'll email you a friendly welcome pack with the full house rules and easy step-by-step guides for all the appliances — so everything's simple from the moment you arrive. None of this is meant to be heavy-handed; it just helps us keep the condos lovely and the neighbours happy, so we can welcome guests like you for years to come.
